Well here’s your opportunity to take your place on pole position with Scotland’s newest and most innovative team development programme, one which combines the best in business training with the stimulating excitement of motor sport.

All participants who work as an established team, a new team or a team with new members.
To enable the team members to understand what motivates them, and importantly, what motivates the others within their team. These same traits are identical for a successful business team. The programme is designed to develop understanding, knowledge and bonding amongst fellow colleagues.
The team will learn about the need for consistency, accuracy, persistence and smoothness, all the traits required for a successful racing driver and team. Using the unique CAPS formula you will be prepared at the start line for an exhilarating fast and smooth drive to the chequered flag.
At the end of the day, participants will have:
Exercises involve delegates learning how to interact, communicate and lead through our group pit-stop challenge and team performance challenge on the kart track. Activities will be observed, filmed and played back to the group to help the learning and development process.
Brian Cameron is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a former featured speaker on The Financial Times Business Management training series. Brian has spent his life in the automotive and training sector gaining over 20 years experience with many of the world’s leading car manufacturers. He has had a lifelong interest and passion for motor sport and has combined these experiences to produce a range of programmes that contain a blend of management theory, practice, review, feedback and coaching to provide quality courses with a Motor sport theme.
Longer courses are delivered through his partnership with ARETE Training and Development Limited who are proven at delivering bespoke programmes.

| 3:00pm | Karting Team Challenge – A team endurance race involving tactical race decision making, strategy, quick thinking and analysis of the opposition. It’s fun and a great learning exercise as to how your team mates react when the race is on!! |
| 4:15pm | De-brief of the Karting Team Challenge and review of the days learning experiences. |
